Q Is Bubbles and Squeak (Mississauga House Cleaners) insured?
A Yes, we are Bonded and Insured.
Q Do you bring your own supplies?
No not usually, we have found every home and office has a variety of cleaning supplies to suit their own personal needs. Also by using our clients own vacuum cleaner, mop and supplies it is more sanitary and clean for your home/office and absoluety no possible way to transfer dirt or even bugs from location to location!
Q Is your agency pet friendly?
A Absolutely! Leave a few treats for the team to give to your pet! We will want to know your pet/s name, indoor or outdoor preference etc...
Q What if I have a rental property, want a one time big cleaning, or moving out of my home and I need it completely cleaned, what is the rate?
A Since these are one time cleanings, the rate would be $40 per hour per maid, supplies can be included if needed. Invoices are available. TAX is not included. Call for further details.
Q What do I need to do before Bubbles and Squeak (Mississauga House Cleaners) arrives?
A So a full and efficient cleaning will be done,we ask that you do a general tidy up, such as pick up toys, organize desks etc..but don't clean, that's why we are coming!
Q Who will be coming and at what time?
A Professionally trained staff on their own or in teams of two, every effort is made to have the same person or team work in your home/office each visit.
Between the hours of 8am-6pm, usually morning or afternoon schedules for homes. Evenings and weekends for offices only. Specific times cannot be guarenteed.
Q How much notice should I give if I need to schedule or cancel a cleaning?
A Call as soon as you need to schedule a cleaning! We will do our best to accomodate you.
Cancelling, 48 hours are needed or a $50 charge applies. If your regular cleaning day falls on a holiday, prior arrangements can be made to schedule a day that best suits you! Read Terms and Conditons, by using Bubbles and Squeak you agree to all Terms.
Q How do I pay?
A Payments can be made by cheque, paypal, email money transfer plus TAX on the day of the cleaning. You will be quoted with your regular rate. Leave in an envelope marked Bubbles and Squeak on your kitchen counter. If you are leaving a tip please place in a separate envelope for the team. Paypal or interac payments can also be arranged.
Q What if I am not home?
A Most people are not at home during a cleaning, arrangements are made before each cleaning. If you choose to give us your key, it is kept in a safe lock box until needed.
